TMWC wins the 2017 US Open with four World Team members and four National Champions

The Titan Mercury Wrestling Club claimed the 2017 US Open Championship title, held in Las Vegas, Nevada. Lead by four men’s champions and four women’s newly crowned world team members, the club continues to gain strength. Becka Leathers, Mallory Velte, Tamyra Mensah and Victoria Francis will all represent the United States in Paris, France at the 2017 World Championships. Kendric Maple, James Green, David Taylor and Nick Gwiazdowski all were crowned US Open National Champions. At the US Open, Titan Mercury qualified twenty-six additional men’s freestyle wrestlers that will join Olympic Champion, Kyle Snyder and World Champion, Logan Stieber in Lincoln, Nebraska for the World Team Trials in June.
